Gift Certificates

gift certificates are available, never expire and are based on time so they never decrease in value.

Cancellation Policy

appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. this time has been set aside for you, if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, you must contact me by telephone or email. missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

PIP (personal injury protection) for auto injury

Due to the added administrative time put into insurance work, charting and communicating to the insurance companies and your other healthcare providers, i bill extra administration fees for PIP claims.
